Job Descriptions

  • Support Sales team in administrative support by preparing sales quote, proposal, booking and maintaining accurate records in the system.
  • Event coordination with client and operations including client’s venue, F&B, hotel, transportation, team building, inspection and other arrangements.
  • ·Participate in sales meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving sales strategies and achieving targets.
  • Assist in compiling reports, research and other analysis reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program, preferable in business, hospitality, tourism, events or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for the MICE industry and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in KL (Wisma Genting)
  • Internship, min 3 months and above.
  • Possesses CGPA 3.0.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
