We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient administrative operations and providing support to management.
- Manage and coordinate administrative procedures and systems such as filing, record keeping, and license renewals.
- Oversee the renewal process for various licenses and permits required for business operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external vendors to gather necessary documentation and information for license renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of all licenses, permits, and renewals, and ensure they are updated in a timely manner.
- Document and coordinate office maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and office equipment procurement.
- Manage, deliver and updating inventory of office/site administrative asset(e.g. stationery, furniture), ensuring adequate stock levels, and cost-effective procurement.
- Handle office and site rental/utilities payment processes, ensuring timely payments and budget adherence.
- Record and manage staff claims, including travel expenses, allowances, and reimbursements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management, including recording minutes of meetings.
- Handle and maintain QESH Management according to company's requirements.
Job Requirement
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of proven experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Financial Aptitude towards administrative cost.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
