Job Responsibilities:

  • Department Management: Supervise and evaluate staff activities, strategize, and assist with tasks as needed.
  • Liaison with External Parties: Coordinate with Customs on matters related to customs procedures and LMW and MITI on trade agreements.
  • Customer Service Improvement: Design, implement, and enhance customer service processes. Develop key measures and reports for service request management.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer intimacy and satisfaction through effective communication regarding orders, shipments, payments, and complaints.
  • Quality Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report quality issues such as shipping discrepancies, claims, freight issues, vendor issues, and customer surveys.
  • Department Oversight: Oversee and manage the Customer Service department, monitor and report on productivity, response speed, and other quality metrics.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with different internal departments to resolve customer cases and complaints logically and professionally.
  • Policy Communication: Implement and communicate departmental policy and procedure changes to associates.
  • Order Management: Work closely with the Sales team to manage order loading, shipments, and finished goods inventory control.
  • Production Planning Liaison: Collaborate with Production Planning on order status and prioritize orders to meet monthly shipment targets.
  • ISO Procedures: Review and update ISO procedures related to SPM and control documents.
  • US Specialty Customer Focus: Monitor and ensure compliance with loading, OTD, legal requirements (documentation), and shipment-related issues for US specialty customers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Economics, Business, or equivalent.
  • Manufacturing & logistic experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound logistics, shipping lines, customer service, or supply chain.
  • Strong leadership, managerial, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in numerical and analytical skills, forward-thinking, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Seeking an independent, mature, and driven personality.
