  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

To manage overall operations of command centre which include but not limited to the followings:

  • To conduct presentation to the potential clients or visitors on the functions of the Command Center, GPS tracking, ICC tracking and warehouse monitoring using CCTV wherever applicable;
  • To ensure reporting of the inactive GPS and other related problem to GPS’s Support Team for further action;
  • To ensure Geo-fence or marking of the customer premise, container yard/ depot, Rest Area, Authorized stop area, major point of interest by using GPS tracking software in order to obtain accurate results and for reporting purposes;
  • To ensure proper record/ update prime mover/ lorry installed with GPS system in order to identify ownership;
  • To ensure notification of violations committed by the driver are escalated to PIC, Branch Manager in timely manner;
  • To ensure creation and changes to user access level to GPS are administrated and maintained;
  • Responsible and ensure relevant reports and documents are filled electronically and / or hard copy;
  • To initiate troubleshooting of faulty equipment or non-functional software before further escalation to the vendor. Liaise with internal IT personnel if the network is down;
  • To manage and ensure sufficient staff to man the Command Center via monthly roster if applicable;
  • To manage, monitor and ensure optimization of the resources and effective utilization of manpower;
  • To assist users on problem solving related to hardware and software issues;
  • To manage, monitor and ensure inhouse KNCC system is functioning;
  • To liaise with IT department on Database, Enterprise Manager, internet and other IT related issue;
  • To prepare monthly reporting as requested by the management.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/ IT/ CIMT/ other related discipline.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in transportation industry and IT literate.
  • Good knowledge in GPS trucking system. (GamTrack, Astrata, Gussmann, DataFM, SQL server and Enterprise Manager).
  • Good understanding of computer hardware and software would be added advantage.
  • Presentation, public speaking, report writing and analytical skills.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
