  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs.

Employee Development & Training

  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employees' skills.
  • Work closely with managers to create career development plans.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Performance Management

  • Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees for growth.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure company policies comply with local labor laws and best HR practices.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolutions professionally.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Organize team-building activities and engagement programs.
  • Promote company values and employee well-being.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
