- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs.
Employee Development & Training

- Work closely with managers to create career development plans.

Performance Management

- Ensure company policies comply with local labor laws and best HR practices.
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolutions professionally.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Organize team-building activities and engagement programs.
- Promote company values and employee well-being.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
