Key Responsibilities:
1) System Deployment & Configuration:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including servers, network equipment, digital signage systems, and interactive technologies.
- Deploy and configure LED displays, interactive smartboards, and similar solutions for clients.
2) Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve system failures effectively.
3) Network Management:
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Configure firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
4) Project Implementation:
- Collaborate with the project team to deliver IT solutions on time and within budget.
- Document processes and provide training to clients for seamless adoption of solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
- Experience with digital signage, interactive technologies, or similar solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization tools.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
