We are currently looking for dedicated, detailed and responsible Admin & HR Executive to join our Senior Residence.

So what is your role about?

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • You shall be responsible for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, new staff orientation, performance monitoring and employee counselling
  • You are required to serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

HR Administration:

  • You are required to handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs and contribution submission i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF etc. in compliance with all statutory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Compilation and preparation of HR reports, such as headcount, turnover analysis, attendance, department expenses etc
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Training and Development:

  • You are important to identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Office Administration:

  • Oversee general office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and office administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience needed
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
