Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving customer payments and requesting payment advice.
  • Prepare and submit petty cash expense claims for approval.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting purchase requisitions in the system.
  • Assist in processing sales and purchase orders in the system.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, including arranging outstation deliveries with transporters.
  • Assist in conducting in-house stock takes and updating stock adjustments as required.
  • Support consignment stock-taking, sales report requests, and consignment invoice preparation.
  • Handle general office and warehouse administrative tasks, including maintaining trade licenses, utilities, internet services, cleanliness, facilities, and office assets.
  • Process office stationery and sundry purchases.
  • Compile and send necessary documents to headquarters.
  • Monitor warehouse maintenance, space utilization, and stock categorization.
  • Assist in container arrangements, including liaising with port warehouse officers, coordinating manpower, and ensuring system updates.
  • Provide administrative support for warehouse and delivery team coordination.
  • Compile and prepare reports as required by the management.
  • Assist in tracking staff leave and monitoring attendance.
  • Compile and submit overtime records for approval.
  • Check and compile punch cards to track tardiness and absences.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs) for billing, submissions, and customer orders in the system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma/certificate in Office Administration, Business Management, or equivalent or a related field is required.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role is necessary.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal & written) are required, with proficiency in Mandarin being an added advantage strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Working Days & Hours:

  • Monday - Friday (9.00am-6.00pm)
  • Alternate Saturday (9.00am-1.00pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
