DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Perform job according to SOP/ Safety operation procedure and ensure the product that being produce is meeting the quality and safe to consume;
- Follow the personal hygiene standard and washing hands by following the steps in SOP.
- Ensure the production area and equipment are always clean and meeting the hygiene standard.
- Be aware of the machine/ equipment performance by observing or listening. Should there have abnormality, immediately inform to production supervisor;
- Produce all products in accordance with the product specification;
- Attend and complete all the yearly compulsory trainings;
- Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time-to-time.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED:-
- Understand the operating procedure;
- Knowledge in GMP and basic food safety.
