  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lecturer in Hospital Management (Healthcare) to join our academic team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality lectures, conduct research, and provide mentorship to students in hospital management and healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Curriculum Development:

  • Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops on hospital management, healthcare policies, and related topics.
  • Develop course materials, syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with academic standards.
  • Integrate case studies and practical insights into teaching to enhance students' learning experience.

Research and Publication:

  • Conduct research in hospital management, healthcare administration, or related fields.
  • Publish articles in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at academic conferences.
  • Seek research funding and collaborate with industry stakeholders on projects.

Student Guidance and Mentorship:

  • Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
  • Provide academic advising and career guidance to students.
  • Promote active participation in internships, seminars, and community outreach programs.

Industry Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions and hospital administrators.
  • Organize guest lectures and field visits to bridge academic knowledge and industry practices.

Administrative Duties:

  • Participate in departmental meetings, program reviews, and curriculum updates.
  • Assist in organizing academic events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Support accreditation and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

Education:

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher education.
  • Relevant professional experience in healthcare management is an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of hospital management systems, healthcare policies, and quality management in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology for teaching, including online learning platforms.
