Job description
Responsibilities
- To perform student recruitment through cold calls, email inquiries, marketing events and education fairs throughout the year.
- Communicating with prospective students and families and providing guidance and information.
- Assisting in student registration and onboarding.
- Maximize profits through Local/International student recruitment.
- To achieve sales KPI as per assigned by the department.
- Developing sales and promotion strategies which will help MAHSA University achieved its targeted student number for the year.
- To research and implement new ways of generating new student database.
- Planning campaigns through social and/or digital media.
- Managing student data.
- Planning referral programmes.
Qualifications
- Minimum a Diploma in any discipline.
- Possess a strong passion in SALES & STUDENT RECRUITMENT
- Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel for roadshows & marketing events.
- Willing to work beyond working hours (if required).
- Energetic & able to work under pressure to meet target.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team during events.
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
