Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership:
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the academic program.
- Develop, implement, and monitor curriculum standards in line with international best practices.

Student Achievement and Support:

- Promote a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement among students and staff.
- Oversee academic counseling and support services to help students achieve their full potential.
Parental and Community Engagement:
- Communicate effectively with parents about academic programs, student progress, and school initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with the school community to support student learning and well-being.
- Represent the school in academic forums, conferences, and community events.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field; Doctorate preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of academic leadership in an international school setting.
- In-depth knowledge of international curricula and educational standards.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of educators.
