KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable: Assist in follow up with all parties to ensure all invoices posted, paid and cleared on time.

Accounts Payable: Process Accounts Payable invoices, payments and to notify vendors upon remittance of payment.

Accounts Receivable: Process Accounts Receivable invoices, receipts and generate monthly Statement of Accounts.

Reporting & Analysis: Assist in reporting, analysis including vendor/customer balances reconciliation and ageing report.

Compliance: Follow up and communicate with various departments to ensure compliance and submission are all in order.

Administration: Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, researching and data compilation.

EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

· Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/ICAEW/MICPA certification.

· Applicant must be willing to work at Seksyen 28, Shah Alam.

· Internship for a duration above 5 month(s).

· Special skills required: MS Excel & SAP FICO is preferred.

· Fluent in written and spoken English.

· Possess good interpersonal skills and soft skills.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
