Job Brief :

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring our sales training programs. You'll help our sales team develop necessary skills and knowledge to boost their performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to discuss tailored training solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their training needs and offer solutions.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the latest developments in training solutions.
  • Provide administrative support in preparing proposals and contracts for new clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and webinars to promote training services.

Requirement & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in the training or education sector.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about training services/programs and able to effectively promote them to clients.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage potential clients.
