- Ensure the Front Desk is manned at all times.
- Ensure all guests are welcomed and attended to immediately without delays.
- Ensure all messages are keyed in correctly and accurately immediately upon receipt.
- Modify in full all Registration Cards after a check-in is completed.
- Ensure Departure Messages are sent to rooms every morning before check out time.
- Compile and merge Guest History on a daily basis.
- Sort out all soft copies of Registration Cards after a check out.
- Ensure all follow-ups are done during your shift.
- To do your individual filing at the end of your shift.
- Carry out any instruction given by your superior with regards to work.
- Work independently without hesitation.
- Perform cashiering duties.
- Call Front Office Manager if you are late or unable to come to work.
- Call Front Office Manager if you are taken ill and unable to come to work.
- Adhere to all rules and regulation of the hotel, it’s standard and procedures.
- For your actions and behavior while you are on duty and within the hotel’s premises.
- Instruct Bellmen on matters pertaining to work.
- To perform any additional functions in other sections where appropriate or any tasks as directed by the Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
