Job Description:
1. Assist in implementing/administrating compensation and benefit plans such as staffs’ medical claim, overtimes, insurance claim, expenses claims & leave record
2. Support in basic compensation benchmark including analysis market salary, administer benefits currently being practice in the market
3. Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing & screening for candidates, arranging interviews, offer management, conducting reference checks if required
4. Assist in training & development programs
5. Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business administration, social, HR studies or relevant field.
-Required skill(s): Ms Office
