Job Descriptions:

  • Assists the Manager / Senior Manager in providing company secretarial services to a range of non-listed local client companies
  • Handles full set of company secretarial documents and activities
  • Prepare, draft, and review all types of Company Secretarial documents including but not limited to Annual General Meeting, Annual Return, Share Transfers in a timely manner
  • Communicates with other departments/ external parties independently
  • Prepares resolutions and correspondence to clients for review by manager
  • Maintains statutory records for clients companies
  • Updates and maintain statutory register records/information
  • Follows instructions from the Manager and other superiors
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • To prepare the agenda in consultation with the Chairman and the other documents for all the meetings of the board of directors
  • To arrange with and to call and hold meetings of the board and to prepare a correct record of proceedings

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/ Commerce/ ICSA Candidates or those pursuing
  • Familiar with the Companies Act 2016, or the Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
  • Minimum 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
