  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
Lead the finance team in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing strategic financial analysis. This role demands strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Analysis: Perform variance, trend, and forecasting analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate on annual budget preparation and performance monitoring.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, manage tax filings, and support audits.
  • Process Improvement: Drive enhancements in financial reporting and analysis practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in a finance leadership role, focusing on analysis, reporting, and tax.
  • Proficient in financial software (e.g., Autocount, Xero, Excel);
  • Strong in analytics, leadership, and communication.
  • Candidate from investment holding companies, property rental, or real estate will have added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
