  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

MES is now hiring a Technical Support Civil Engineer. The job scopes involve:

  • Providing technical support for MES software to consulting engineers via email and phone calls
  • Developing comprehensive help files for MES software
  • Conducting hands on and training session for MES customers
  • Providing outstation training for MES customers once in a while.
  • Filling features and bug fix requests so that the developers can improve the software

We are looking for people who possess:

  • Good knowledge in the fundamentals of civil engineering
  • CGPA >3.5
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to articulate technical subjects in a clear and direct manner.
  • Computer literacy is very welcome-- even though you are a civil engineer graduate but you know how to administer blogging platforms such as WordPress
  • 1-2 years of consulting engineering experience is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Good experience in using AutoCAD or equivalent is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Experience in using MES or other related software (nice to have but not compulsory)
  • We favor high IQ above all else. Prove that to us.

Besides technical aptitude, you should also possess important soft skills:

  • Good attitude; the ones who care about using the software and the users
  • Passion about improving software, and you should be constantly thinking how software can be improved to serve users better

We provide:

  • Monthly salary: 3000-4000

  • 9am-6pm. We hate overtime, and love family time.
  • 5 working days in a week, off weekend
