  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Oversee the Final Assembly process for PCBA products, including De-paneling, In-Circuit Testing (ICT), Manual Soldering, Functional Testing, Box Assembly, and Packaging.
  • Work with Medical, Automotive, and Non-Automotive products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485 to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce manpower requirements, and optimize productivity through technology advancements and process studies.
  • Train and support technicians and operators in new machine setups, documenting work instructions and maintenance procedures.
  • Develop and implement workflow improvements, including fixture and jig fabrication with vendors to streamline production and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address customer complaints and feedback using 5 Core Tools (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 5M, DMAIC, PDCA).
  • Support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation for real-time product tracking, particularly for automotive products.
  • Utilize Minitab for data analysis and Cpk studies to ensure process capability and stability.
  • Conduct failure analysis and provide solutions for Return Material Authorization (RMA) cases.
  • Perform Design of Experiments (DOE) and testing for new parts or model changes requested by customers or material teams (ECR, ECO, etc.).
  • Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting quarterly review meetings to track progress and ensure timely completion of goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
