
HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
Job Description
1) Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
2) Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
3) Administer employee benefits, compensation, and ensure they are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
4) Assist in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
5) Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs, and provide support for employee training and development initiatives.
6) Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including personnel files, employee data, and performance metrics.
7) Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance and support for performance improvement efforts.
8) Act as a resource for employees on HR-related topics and provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
9) Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR support and alignment with overall business goals.
10) Responsibilities involving administrative duties, as well as various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
11) Assist in the performance appraisal process, ensuring reviews are conducted in a timely manner.
12)Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
13) Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs and liaising with government bodies (eg. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, ETC) on all statutory requirements whilst maintain all data private & confidential.
14) Update and maintain employees’ profile, attendance, leave, medical and training records.
15) Plan and manage event budgets while maintaining cost efficiency.
16) Coordinate event promotions and marketing efforts to maximise participation and engagement.
17) Provide on-site coordination to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:
- Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 3 years (Preferred)
