  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
Renewal Management and ensure that renewal letters/tenancy agreements are duly signed within the stipulated time frame.
Negotiation with landlords on the renewals, closure, change of ownership, and operational matters.
Utilization of Property Management System.
Coordination with the Legal Department (internal) on the negotiation and finalizing of the terms and conditions of tenancy documents with landlords.
Coordination with the Finance Department (internal) on deposits, rents and related payments, and the management of payment data.
Timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of master tenancy and rental database.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field of studies
At least 3 years relevant experience in business expansion
Proven experience record in Leasing renewal or relevant with Property Developer / Retailer companies
Proficient in Mandarin (Spoken) will be prioritized
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken & Written)
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) will be an added advantage
Good negotiation and analytical skills
