Responsibility:
- To support Sales Team, handle paperwork and processing order with accurancy and timeliness
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Carry out some admin task
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Graduate Diploma-Able to speak mandarin is an advantage
- Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma
- 1-2 years working experience in the related field
- Good in MS OFFICE (Excel & Word)
- Results oriented person, multitasking, good time management skills, energetic, well organized, highly responsible, honest and patience.
- AGGRESSIVE, WITH LEARNER MINDSET & ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE.
