  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. POSITION : Technical Assistant

2. REPORT TO : Engineer

3. SUPERVISES : Leader

4. QUALIFICATION : STPM / Diploma / 3 Years' Experience

5. RESPONSIBILITY

a) Responsible to Handle and Maintain all the tools and equipment Vacuum metalizing.

b) Able to operate and troubleshoot Vacuum Metalizing to ensure machine operate at the high efficiency and productivity.

c) Lead all activities improvement related to Vacuum Metalizing and any related process.

d) Responsible to support others section; Robot and Manual Spray.

e) To control consumable item, paint stock, VM equipment and equipment for additional or replacement.

f) Collaborate with others department team; Maintenance, QC and Project Team

g) To ensure safety of production operators and follow-up on housekeeping, material / parts arrangement in work area.

h) Motivate and supervise a team of production operators to achieve daily objective such as Quality, Output, Productivity and Cycle Time.

i) Ensure the smooth startup of shift by coming in at least 15 minutes earlier to receive feedback from outgoing shift.

6. AUTHORITY

a) To approve overtime requirement for workers.

b) To decide on job allocation for workers.

c) To call machine supplier / maintenance repair the machine if machine breakdown.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
