PRODUCTION SPRAY EXECUTIVE
Experiences in paint or spray application, about common defects, color matching paint, what causes paint failure and how to overcome.
Job Description
- Supervising, coaching and motivating production staffs and workers to produce products within the quality control standard and right quantity as per plan within the time.
- Work with production teams to ensure high level of discipline, high efficiency of worker utilisation, high quality and produce within the time
- Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
- Operates production plan by scheduling, monitor work progress, establish priorities and revising schedules if necessary, report the results production achievement
- Perform routine testing on paint, including check batch data, mixing, SDS Sheet, testing physicals of paints.
- Compiling and analysing production performance records and data
- Continuously do an improvement activity to increase the efficiency, capacity and cost saving
· Recommend improvements activities such as modifications, simplifications, change the process flows and methods to enhance production quality, capacity and efficiency
· Ensure all defects are well segregated, troubleshoot action must be done to overcome it.
· Ensures machines and equipment are in good condition by calling for repairs if any, do a daily setup before start production
· Check the material status to ensure the physical quantity is tally with ERP system
· Responsible for verifying paint supplier information including: testing of batches, comparison and etc.
- Train operators to have a good discipline and mindset in term of understand SOP and follow SOP instruction
· To perform and ensure subordinate comply with company rules & regulation as well as quality policy and safety requirements, ISO/TS requirement (such as ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001) and customer specification requirement.
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by your superior.
Requirement(s):-
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experiences in paint or spray application, about common defects, color matching paint, what causes paint failure and how to overcome.
- Innovative, self-motivated and have a good analytical mind.
- Willing to work at Kawasan Perindustrian Pandan, Johor Bahru.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
