Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company. This includes staffing, organizational development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Implement best practices for onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and communication strategies.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.

3. Employee Relations & Discipline

· Employee Discipline & Conduct: Manage employee disciplinary processes, investigations into misconduct, and the conduction of domestic inquiries when necessary.

· Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts between employees, ensuring a harmonious workplace environment.

4.Foreign Worker Management

· Foreign Worker Compliance: Oversee the management of foreign worker permits, applications, and renewals, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and company policies.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentives, employee insurance, and employee benefits administration.
  • Conduct regular reviews of compensation practices to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.

6. HR Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices.

7. Employee Safety and Wellness:

  • Oversee employee safety and wellness programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and other applicable legislation in Malaysia.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address safety concerns and implement preventive measures.

8. Administrative Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.
  • Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.

9. Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by top management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
