Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Assistant

About the Role:

At FoneApp, we provide a community loyalty program where users can shop, save through discounts and rebates, and earn rewards as they expand their community. FoneApp serves as both an e-wallet and a platform for income generation, enabling users to pay for various services like bills, groceries, F&B, transportation, and more. Through different reward programs such as Shopping Rewards and the Many-to-One (M2O) Program, users can save on purchases and earn rewards from their community's spending.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing & Business Development Assistant to our Marketing Manager - Business Development. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative tasks, merchant onboarding, and campaign updates while fostering strong relationships with existing merchants. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for coordination, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1*. Administrative Support:*

  • Manage schedules, meeting arrangements, and documentation for the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials

2. Merchant Support:

  • Guide and assist new or existing merchants in using the merchant portal effectively.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for existing merchants, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
  • Monitor merchant performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

3. Campaign Coordination:

  • Assist in updating and maintaining campaign content and materials.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics if needed.

4.Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong communication channels with merchants to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle feedback and escalate concerns when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or equivalent education.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative, marketing, or customer support roles.
  • Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems or merchant portals (preferred).
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
