Account Executive
Job Description
1. Manage daily Accounts Receivable functions
2. Process & monitor collections from customers, process debit notes, credit notes, refunds and rebates
3.Report on overdue invoices, generate reminders for overdue accounts and follow up on collections with respective departments
4.Prompts communicate or updates to manager & sales team for AR disputes, determine next course of action to speed resolution and collection
5.Responsible for sales revenue accounting in accordance with the corporate's revenue recognition policies
6.Prepare weekly bank payment
7.Manage petty cash
8.Manage unapplied cash, requesting remittance advices
9.Update daily cashbook, determines company's cash position and perform cashflow forecasting
10.Ensure month end close duties are prioritized and deadline are delivered on time-11.Participate in month end closing, including Revenue finalisation, Reconciliation for Bank, AR and Intercompanies
12.Monitor credit limit and overdue invoices for all customers
13.Collaborate and work closely with various departments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
