Job Descriptions:
- To manage and ensure smooth daily activities and accuracy in receiving spare parts.
- To ensure and verify the documents vs actual item quantity received as prescribed before capturing into system. Any variances to be reported to Manager and corrective measures to take place immediately.
- To ensure all movement of store items are correct and accounted for are properly recorded in system on daily basis.
- To apply the concepts of FIFO in stock.
- To record the repair parts information into the system.
- To responsible for stock count & variance report back to Manager with constructive action to reduce recurring variance.
- To ensure store goods and facilities are well maintained in accordance with safety measures at all times.
- Practice and ensure 5S in the store.
- To do any other jobs and responsibilities related to store not specified above and assign by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least secondary school/ SPM or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in receiving, storing, and issuing a variety of materials, supplies, and equipment or warehousing experience.
- A valid driving license, forklift certification, or willingness to acquire and maintain forklift certification.
- Knowledge of storekeeping and familiarity with issuing and receiving parts.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Computer Skills: ability to utilize SAP software & Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, and work cooperatively with others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
