The Key roles and responsibilities of the internship in Human Resource Department include the following:

  • Assist in the end-to-end onboarding to offboarding
  • Update and maintenance of the staff personnel files
  • Assist in preparation in Payroll (Attendance checking, commission calculation, salary pro-ration, etc.)
  • Assist in Daily HR Operations (Operation Letters)
  • Assist in granting consolidated documents
  • Support and make recommendation to HR processes and practices
  • Work on administrative project

Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, HR. Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technology, digital services, and project management.
  • Basic understanding of project management techniques and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
