  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibility:

-To implement all policies, activities, procedure as relevant and required by the property development system.

-Assist General Manager in ensuring smooth planning, implementation and successful completion of projects involved.

-To be involved in product development.

-Work closely with other consultant, towards accomplishing targeted datelines and milestones.

-Liaise internally with different department eg sales & marketing, procurement & etc in developing design.

-Organise / attend meeting or presentations for projects involved.

-To work with the Authorities Liaison team to establish a strong relationship with key authorities to support the successful delivery of the specific elements of the development.

-To work with sustainability design consultant to develop a strategy to achieve targeted sustainability ratings.

-To review and get approval on any design elements which are required for approval.

-To review design elements from a development perspective which are relevant to the sales process. e.g preparation of sales & purchase agreement plans, other relevant information that may be required.

-Assist General Manager/ Senior Manager in ensuring smooth planning, implementation and successful completion of projects involved

-To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirement :

-Minimum Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Town Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Equivalent

-Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Project Planning

-High-Rise residential or township project with minimum 3 years real estate developer experience.

-Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills, excellent problem solving, organizing and analytical skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
