  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Responsibilities:

  • To meet monthly and quarterly personal sales targets set by the Management.
  • To attend/participate in any sales event, roadshow, exhibition, and station at the sales gallery in accordance with the working hours and duty roster.
  • Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period.
  • Assist purchaser in obtaining end-financing and arranging for necessary documents to be executed by purchasers with the Group's panel of lawyers.
  • Prepare sales reports to be submitted to Immediate Superior on weekly basis.
  • Support marketing team in the implementation of sales & marketing programme.
  • Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial enquiry to execution of documents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Possess positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Willing to travel to Taman Desa.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
