Role Purpose

We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead for our Holidays portfolio to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive profitability and business growth. This role will be responsible for accelerating growth for both core and emerging products (internal and external) through effective execution of marketing strategies.

Key Accountability

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Holidays products - Flight + Hotel / Hotel only.
  • Guide and manage Holidays Marketing executives, supporting their growth, offering strategic advice, and ensuring high performance. Additionally, support the Lead of Product & Digital Marketing in the creation and refinement of overarching marketing strategies for Holidays and e-commerce platforms.
  • Utilise market research and data analytics to understand customer needs, conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to uncover opportunities and shifts within the industry.
  • Track and adjust campaign metrics to meet business objectives, ensuring ROI is achieved across all marketing activities.
  • Conceptualise and implement novel marketing approaches, including surprise add-ons and exclusive promotions to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Oversee campaign delivery and analyse post-campaign performance. Monitor e-commerce revenue daily to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Manage the coordination of required approvals for marketing campaigns, materials, and communications (both online and offline).
  • Work closely with the Product Bundling & Retailing and Partnership team to identify and develop joint marketing initiatives with tourism groups and industry partners.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders which includes building and nurturing relationships with internal teams within the Travel Services division.
  • Analyzing market data to identify new opportunities, assess market size and potential, and understand customer preferences and behaviors.

Qualifications & Working Experience

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Tourism or any related field of study with minimum 5 years of working experience.
