  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor therapist availability, track client bookings, and ensure that the team adheres to service standards.
  • Proactively promote spa packages, treatments, and seasonal offers to potential clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of spa services and encourage bookings.
  • Identify and target potential customers to increase foot traffic and boost sales.
  • Conduct tours of the spa, explaining available services, packages, and special promotions.
  • Track sales goals and help achieve targets set by the spa management.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
