Responsibilities:
- Monitor therapist availability, track client bookings, and ensure that the team adheres to service standards.
- Proactively promote spa packages, treatments, and seasonal offers to potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of spa services and encourage bookings.
- Identify and target potential customers to increase foot traffic and boost sales.
- Conduct tours of the spa, explaining available services, packages, and special promotions.
- Track sales goals and help achieve targets set by the spa management.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from customers promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
