Technician
1. Daily Tasks
(i) Carrying out day-to-day management of building environment
(ii) To assist in building maintenance and facility management
(iii) Perform routine inspection and identify maintenance issues.
(iv) Conduct troubleshooting and repairs as needed on facilities equipment.
(v) Check fire extinguisher validity from time to time.
(vi) Check the level of water and make sure water tank level are sufficient and water up to the rooftop tank.
(vii) Attending to all electrical, air-conditioning, building automation, plumbing works and other.
(viii) Perform routine backwash for all water filters.
(ix) Do visual inspection of all switchboards to ensure all cable connections is securely connected.
(x) Make sure all electrical equipment, appliances and fittings are in good condition.
(xi) Supervise maintenance activities include corrective and preventive maintenance, operations, repair, upgrading and improvement work.
(xii) Ensure routine checking and spot checks are carried out to all the units under renovation to prevent any illegal/unauthorized works.
(xiii) Routine checking on guard post, cleaners, landscaper daily work.
(xiv) Assisting in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor.
(xv) Maintain good communication with suppliers and contractors to resolve equipment problems and maintenance issues
(xvi) Perform minor installation, maintenance and repair works for the building • Attend to all complaints received and ensure timely attention and resolving all issues as per established service standards
(xvii) Resourceful to solve building maintenance related problems
2. Weekly Tasks
(i) Weekly site meeting with staff
(ii) Assist to prepare weekly report to the management/JMB/MC.
3. Monthly Tasks
(i) Assist to prepare and collate Monthly Management Report
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
