Position Summary
The ideal candidate must possess the passion to help drive travel services revenue growth by implementing the revenue strategy across all customer touchpoints, champion the introduction of new enterprise relevant products and improve customer experience in existing/new onboard products.
Key Accountability
- Be the primary Product Owner and point-of-contact for all travel services products under the purview namely the entire Insurance and Transportation portfolio for the Group. Scope includes accountability on all matters concerning revenue generation, financial reports, customer satisfaction, technical availability, marketing and commercial/contractual matters related to external vendor management.
- Analyse all available data points to pick up on opportunities, gaps, leakages and other relevant information related to the performance of each product by tracking market developments, continuously benchmarking competitor offerings, testing new initiatives, driving marketing campaigns etc.
- Monitor and report monthly revenue performance and expenses against budget.
- Coordinate staff training, especially frontliners, in the rollout of new products as well as initiatives to improve the delivery and efficiency of the product execution. Scope also includes marketing and sales related to the product.
- Build an optimisation strategy through personalization, testing and targeting approach and execute timely as a project timeline..
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Hospitality or any relevant field of study.
- At least 10 years of working experience in Commercial, Sales & Marketing related roles with P&L responsibility.
