Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible in HR, admin and other ad hoc matters
· Involve in the foreign labour applicable, permit renewal, hostel and etc
· Review, update and maintain attendance, medical and leave record and report
· Organizing training sessions and familiar with HRDF submission
· Prepare payroll and OT calculation report
· Involve in IT, infrastructure and stationery purchases
· Planning and organizing of company events or activities
Job Specifications:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably in manufacturing environment.
· Proficient and trustworthy in handling sensitive, private and confidential matters.
· Possess strong sense of responsibilities, committed and result orientated.
· Meticulous, good communication skills, interpretation skills and negotiation skills.
· Must be able to verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
· Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
