  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Salary Package
RM2500 + OT + Allowance + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise shop staff.
  • Create and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor shop performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are met.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory levels and reorder products as necessary.
  • Ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage shrinkage.
  • Sales & Marketing:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
