  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Work Planning

  • To check Standby Genset – battery water level, check connection terminal of battery, check diesel, check functioning on/off & cleanliness.
  • Follow appointed consultant to carry out monthly inspection with reports. (Comply with consultant comments).
  • Main Switch Board (MSB), Sub Switch Board (SSB);C(a) – List of load loading MSB.
  • Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunication, cooling electricity and refurbishments).
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
  • Inspect building’s structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
  • Lead and supervise facilities team (custodians, technician, etc and external contractors.
  • Analyze & Planning for monthly & yearly budget.
  • Organize, manage and track progress and cost consistent with management production and scheduling requirement.
  • Ensure that contractor are performing work efficiently and with productivity (PO or contract deadline)
  • Support, develop and initiate enhanced maintenance systems and productivity improve the mart maintenance efficiency.
  • To follow instruction request by complex manager & all SOP related.

Reporting

  • Daily work progress reporting to Complex Manager.
  • Monitor & acknowledge all check list proper fill up by team.
  • Prepare SOLAR performance report.
  • Prepare MEMO for special required project / job under (Budget / Unbudgeted) for approvals.

Others

  • Any other tasks assigned by HOD on ad hoc basis;
  • Daily work progress reporting to HOD/CM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,710.22 per month
