  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, including Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment for end-users.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of problems.
  • Set up and maintain printers, including network printers, ensuring they function correctly and meet users’ needs.
  • Handle and resolve IT tickets raised by end users, investigate issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
  • Regularly perform updates, backups, and system checks to ensure the security and efficiency of the IT environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for the procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
  • Assist in managing the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  • Any ad-hoc assignment by management from time to time.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in IT field.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • A solid understanding of desktop and laptop operations is essential to ensure quality service for users.
  • Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and other peripherals.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, IT infrastructure and networking fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows, macOS, and common office software.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical personnel.

Working days and hours : Monday to Friday 8:00 am 5:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
