Human Resources Support

- Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, drafting job postings, and coordinating with candidates.

- Support payroll preparation by gathering attendance, overtime, claims, mid-month reimbursement, and leave data to ensure accurate and timely processing.

- Assist in organizing employee welfare activities, including events, celebrations, and engagement programs.

- Assist in preparing and submitting SOCSO claims, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.

Administrative Duties

- Oversee reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, handling calls, and ensuring a positive impression of the company.

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services and coordinate with external parties for document dispatch.

- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of offices, meeting rooms, the reception area, and the pantry, coordinating with the Housekeeping team as needed.

- Handle HR & Admin-related Purchase Orders (POs) issuance and maintain accurate records.

- Conduct price comparisons for office supplies and equipment to ensure cost-effective procurement.

- Manage and replenish office supplies/services, including air purifiers, water filters, Nescafé machines, stationery and meeting room items.

IT and Office Support

- Coordinate with outsourced IT providers to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain office equipment such as photocopiers, computers, PABX systems, and CCTV.

- Support office staff with hardware and software needs, including email setup and configurations.

Meeting Room Management

- Standby during meeting room bookings to assist with setup and ensure the room is ready.

- Coordinate the arrangement of seating, presentation equipment, and refreshments as needed for meetings and training sessions.

Additional Responsibilities

- Compile and maintain records of lost and found items and coordinate the disposal of unclaimed lost and found items following company policy.

Perform other tasks and assignments as the superior directs to support smooth HR and admin operations.
- Any ad-hoc task required by HOD/Superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
