PERSONAL ASSISTANT CUM TRANSLATOR
1. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external organization on matters pertaining to production.
2. Coordinate with HQ in China, and local management team.
3. Responsible for assisting the Operation Director to handle manufacturing process and daily affairs.
4. Work closely with all departments and coordinate related activities to ensure smooth running of the process.
5. Schedule meetings, travel arrangements and maintain calendars accordingly.
6. Take minutes during meeting, managing filing and database.
7. Translate and compile reports, presentations and briefs.
8. Work collaboratively with other departments to assist with administrative matter.
9. Maintain discretion and confidentiality with all matters.
Requirement:
1. Candidate must possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in any field.
2. Prefer minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
3. Working experience in manufacturing is highly desired.
4. Preferably Executive specialized in Translation & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
5. Confident working alongside at all levels with HQ team, superior and internal parties.
6. Initiative with minimal supervision and excellent organisational skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Contributes to the excellent reputation through professional, friendly and respectful interactions internally and externally.
9.Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa, English and Mandarin (as need to communicate with mandarin speaking superiors)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
