Job Summary

The Recruitment HR Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and onboard top talent that aligns with the company’s goals and culture. This role involves sourcing candidates, building strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with hiring policies, and continuously improving recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities: -

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Draft, post, and maintain accurate and compelling job advertisements across appropriate platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

3. Recruitment Process Management

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating terms when necessary.

4. Onboarding and Induction

  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including pre-employment checks and documentation.
  • Conduct or assist in new employee orientation programs to integrate hires into the company effectively.

5. Metrics and Reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience scores to evaluate process effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed recruitment reports and present insights to management for process improvements.

6. Compliance and Best Practices

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations during the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the HRIS.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative practices in recruitment.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate job requirements clearly and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to develop strong professional relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining records, ensuring compliance, and drafting accurate documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving challenges in the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other recruitment tools.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position; standard office hours with occasional requirements for extended hours during peak recruitment periods (if applicable/ required).
  • Work primarily in an office environment with potential travel for career fairs or recruitment events (if applicable/ required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
