Requirements :

  • Experience as a Clinic Assistant (CA) is an advantage
  • Strong skills in event management & documentation
  • Able to work according to event schedules & flexible working hours
  • A team player and willing to travel to event locations

Responsibility :

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating health programs such as PEKa B40, vaccinations & health screenings
  • Prepare reports & event documentation
  • Manage attendance & records of event participants
  • Ensure the availability of equipment & logistics for each event
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to event operations

Working Hours:

Work schedule depends on event schedules (events are the main working hours)
Event schedules must be planned at least 2 weeks in advance
If total working hours do not reach 45 hours per week, additional office hours may be required
