Job Description:
- Calculating and distributing employee salaries and wages on time, including deductions and taxes.
- Maintaining accurate employee data including personal details, employment history, performance evaluations, and emergency contacts.
- Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets.
- Audit financial documents and procedures.
- Help with departmental and organizational budgets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR or Account (added advantage).
- Good communication skills (written and oral) in Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Initiative, resourceful, and self-motivated.
