  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • To assist in the matters of Risk Management for the clinics
  • To assist in compiling the risk into the Risk Register and coordinate any matters on the Risk Register
  • To assist in reporting to the organization committee
  • To assist in making controlled changes to the Risk Register when information is received from the HOS
  • To conduct the Risk Audit (*for cross-audit)
  • To assist in conducting, supervising, and promoting internal briefings or training about Risk Management at the Hospital level
  • To ensure compliance with the Legal Register, and Other Requirements (LORR)
  • To assist and review Incident Reporting.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2015, HACCP, JCI Accreditation Standards, MSQH Accreditation, and/or Hospital Accreditation requirements are adhered to and records maintained, if and when these programs are implemented.
  • Ensure to participate in all 5S activities actively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
