Job Description:
- Build strong relationships with vendors and customers.
- Work with suppliers to promote and sell their products, as well as identify potential products and customers that have not yet been identified.
- Plan a visit to the government hospitals, understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities as per the target plan of the management.
- Plan a visit to the non-KPJ organizations and capture new customers.
- Plan the company's activities, whichever involves suppliers or external parties.
- Prepare a monthly report on the performance of sales and marketing.
- Prepare sales and marketing budgets, schedule expenditures, and ensure that the sales strategy is achieved.
- Responsible for promoting the company's services and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Must possess strong communication skills, be able to work with little supervision, and be able to provide excellent levels of customer service.
- Responsible for the business's operations and safeguarding its interests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in field sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,814.01 - RM6,110.43 per month
