Job Descriptions ~Perform end-to-end payroll processing accurately, including payroll calculation, overtime and allowance which is accordance & in compliance with the local legislation and company policies and procedures. ~Perform administrative duties such as maintaining employee database and other documents alias with ISO standards. ~Responsible for recruitment process including job posting, resume filtering, arranging interview and also orientation for new joins. ~Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by superior. Job Requirements ~Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration or any related fields. ~At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR fields. ~Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and able to communicate with people from diverse background and level. ~Able to work under fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision from superior. ~Candidates that can start immediately or with short notice is preferred.
