Step into the dynamic role of a Senior Customer Success Executive at Karuna, where your 3+ years of experience in project management or key account management will shine. As the Head of Department, you'll lead a team of Customer Success Management Executives, driving excellence and innovation in our customer success strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Build Relationships: Connect with key stakeholders, from executives to end users, ensuring long-term satisfaction and partnership.
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute tailored plans to drive customer retention, growth, and advocacy.
- Onboarding & Training: Lead new customers through seamless onboarding and provide in-depth training on our products.
- Customer Engagement: Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs, upsell additional products, and address any challenges.
- Primary Contact: Be the go-to person for customer inquiries and escalations, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent the customer's voice within our organization, driving initiatives to enhance their experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Management Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer success.
- Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics like satisfaction scores and retention rates, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles within the tech industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Customer Success software platforms and tools.
- A passion for customer success and advocacy.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- PMP and ITIL certifications to demonstrate your expertise in project management and IT service management.
- Immediate availability is a plus, allowing you to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
