  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Key responsibilities able to perform conceptual studies, CAD modelling and technical/manufacturing drawings.
  • Able to handle 2 to 3 projects at the same time with complex design and tight delivery schedule.
  • Design equipment body frames and structure with fast and most cost effective way.
  • Able to propose alternative solution to customer on the design change for improvements.
  • Documentations of the changes of the BOM drawings are required to maintain the traceability.
  • Generate Process Sheet in APS, WI, Bill of Material (BOM),Manufacturing Detailed Drawing,DXF file & support for DFM, PFMEA & PCP creation when neccessary.
  • Co-ordinating with Process Engineer & to generate detail process development for all new products.
  • Monitoring,control & keep track of FA parts flow in production to meet quality & delivery time.

Requirement

  • At least 2 - 3 years working experience in Mechanical Design/Drawing,such as contract manufacturing or sheet metal and module assembly. Working experience in sheet metal fabrication and module assembly industry.
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics or equivalent.
  • Vast knowledge & proficient in Solidworks software is a must.
  • Experience in DFM,FMEA and project management.
  • Knowledge of mechanical sheet metal manufacturing process & conceptual studies.
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing process will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Knowledge in simulation software CAD and FEM Analysis will be an added advantage.
  • Have managed complex mechanical design will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
